So my web master Matt worked it out: I’ll now answer your phone calls! (Saves on typing if your question is long — I still may post your question with your permission, to help other cooks.)
Here’s the number — it’s a local call for those in the Palm Beach County area. Call, and we’ll chat. If I can’t answer your questions, I’ll get the answers for you from one of my many professional chef friends.
Print it out, paste it on your fridge and call me when you have a culinary emergency.
