EatBeat Calendar: Feb. 1-15

February 2nd, 2009 · 3 Comments

February is a primo month for cooks in our area. Classes and food events abound. Consider giving a certificate to a cooking class at Publix Aprons or Florida Culinary Institute for a Valentine’s Day gift to your special cook. Or get in on one of the tastings or dinners at Robb & Stucky’s Culinary Center. New on the list: classes start at Cook’s Inc. in Jupiter’s Abacoa with a free class on Feb. 5 – reserve your spot now! Join me in person at the Chocolate Decadence event in Boca Feb. 5, at Lake Worth’s Oceanside Greenmarket Feb. 14 for a chocolate demo, and at Delray Beach’s Garlic Fest that weekend where I’m judging. Check back on the blog, and we’ll keep you informed as to other upcoming events.
