 There’s a lot going on for cooks in March — and check back, when we’ll have news of the big Metropolitan Cooking Show at the Fairgrounds March 28-29. Big names appear then, along with mine!

  • Monday, March 2: Hands-on class – Basic Knife Skills: 6 p.m., $50.
  • Tuesday, March 3: Hands-on class – Practical Dinners for the Winter: 6 p.m., $40.
  • Saturday, March 7: Hands-on class – Upscale Brown Bag Lunches: 11 a.m., $40.
  • Saturday, March 7: Demo-technique class – Big Bad Bold Reds: 6:30 p.m., $50.
