The premise is this: A group of diverse chefs get together in one restaurant and each makes a different course for a multi-course dinner, paired with wines.
The August 28 dinner at Four Seasons Palm Beach will be the second put on by Katy Lynch of Dine Magazine, Roy Villacruisis of Kubo Asiatic Cuisine and Taylor Morgan of South Florida Dines.
This dinner features Darryl Moiles of the Four Seasons as the host chef. He and the Four Seasons pastry chef Jason Morale will create two of the five courses.
Tickets are $95 (includes tax, tip) before Aug. 15 and $110 after that date.
Dinner starts with a sparkling wine reception at 7 p.m. before the seated dinner at 7:30 p.m. at The Restaurant in the Four Seasons.
