Cabo Flats, already in Downtown at the Gardens, will open a second casual Mexican restaurant in the new Delray Marketplace in 2013. The west Delray Beach venue – at Lyons Road and Altantic Avenue – will include a 10 screen theater, bowling alley and entertainment complex. The restaurant is expected to take up 7300 square feet, which will include dining and bar spaces.
Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian churrascuria, is the newest leasee in Downtown at the Gardens. It’s expected to open this fall.
