EatBeat: Northwood Village Art and Wine Promenade Tonight

March 25th, 2011 · No Comments

The new China Beach Bistro offers 1/2 price dim sum and cocktails tonight, 5-7:30; then the village heats up with the monthly Art and Wine Promenade party along the street. A number of eating venues – Cafe Centro, Relish Burger, Jade, and Howard’s Coffee – among others – are available with samples and sips.

China Beach Bistro has dim sum and old-school Chinese dishes on its menu, and is part of Cafe Centro, the Italian restaurant/piano bar across the street. Dumplings, rolls, won-tons and more are here, along with kung pao chicken, General Tso’s chicken, crispy orange beef, jumbo shrimp and broccoli in lobster black bean sauce. Pork belly with scallions and pickled ginger, seared tofu with vegetables in black pepper sauce, numerous noodle and chicken dishes are on the menu. BBQ St. Louis style ribs and BBQ roast pork tenderloin are other dishes.

Northwood Village is at Dixie Highway and Northwood Avenue in West Palm Beach.
