EatBeat: Pairings in West Palm Beach a Progressive Dine Around

May 29th, 2012 · No Comments

A fun idea – get a wristband and join other diners in a walk-around-downtown event Thursday, May 31, as Pairings kicks off its inaugural progressive dine-around.

Samples of wine and foods from more than 15 restaurants (the list is growing) will be set out for those signed up to participate.

Stroll around downtown to whatever restaurant you like — there’s no set order for the dining trail – and sample dishes like pork buns with Cabernet Sauvignon (at Palm Sugar), schnitzel fingers and sangria (at Backyard Bar), Middle Eastern chicken and Arak (at Leila), apple jack burgers and Magic Hat #9 craft beer (at Grease Burger Bar) or churrasco and caipirinha (at Cabana).

Other restaurants participating at this writing include Duffy’s, Longboards, Off the Hookah, Rocco’s Tacos, Roxy’s Pub, Wine Dive, Habitat Coffee, Uncle Louie G/Cheese Steak Factory, Clematis Pizza, and Cafe Sweets Bakery.

Tickets are $25, with the bonus: The Pairings Pass becomes a VIP card to be used during the month of June at the participating restaurants.

Entertainment and special art exhibits at the restaurants are part of the event.
