Editor’s Update, 2/28/11: This restaurant has closed; no word at this writing on whether Espin will open again.
A don’t miss night – if you love the sounds of French cabaret – and traditional French dishes! (Tonight, Thursday, April 15.)
Leo Espin is cooking up a storm and Annie Royer – celebrated cabaret artist, performs at the new Eggsotic Bistro in Palm Beach. Look for the yellow umbrellas to find this place, an outcropping of the Gardens condo (tip: park in Green’s Pharmacy parking lot across the street).
A tres French ala carte menu includes escargot, onion tart, boeuf bourguignon, stuffed roast quail, ratatouille – and much more.
Espin plans live entertainment every Thursday night and on some weekends; flamenco is in the mix some nights.
