Critics Keen on Kubo in North Palm Beach – Exotic and Familiar Asiatic Fare from Roy Villacrusis

Roy Villacrusis is racking up the reviews at his new restaurant, Kubo. Artfully preparing what he calls Asiatic cuisine, he covers many bases, and draws inspiration from several areas around the Pacific Rim.
