I make two appearances locally tomorrow – in Lake Worth and in Greenacres — come and join me at either or both. I’d love to meet you! Read more!
Oceanside Farmer’s Market stage
Saturday morning will find me at the Lake Worth Oceanside Farmer’s Market — I’ll be kicking off
their demo-stage, making a market-fresh salad and bruschetta. (Yes, there are free tastings!) The market’s full of terrific ingredients, so it’s going to be an easy job to find the foods, and whip this up. That’s at 10 a.m., approximately, and it will be over fairly quickly – come by and say hello!

Off to Salsafest
At noon, I’ll be in Greenacres at this year’s Salsafest, sponsored by Palms West Chamber of Commerce where I’ll be judging the salsa contests between the mayors, the fire chiefs, and the students at the Florida Culinary Institute. Some of those kids are amazing – it’s always a great way to pick up cooking tips, too — and since the weather’s so great, the family-themed fest is sure to draw huge crowds. Admission is free; there are many activities and musical acts planned.
