Pork tenderloin is used in the mushroom-filled Pork Marsala from Kitchenetta Trattoria Tipica in Fort Lauderdale. And a French chef gives us his recipe for the classic, Quiche Lorraine – make two and stick one in the freezer for Sunday brunch or for a night when you don’t want to fool with cooking.
