There are some delicious recipes in today’s Sun Sentinel Food section, and three are in my column.
There’s a copycat recipe for Coconut yeast rolls, as baked at the SeaGrille in the Boca Raton Resort and Club.
Grilled shrimp tacos are prepared at the ever-fresh Casa Maya Grill in Deerfield Beach. The cilantro-laced cabbage slaw is what really makes these soft tacos so good.
You’ll need tortillas for this to make the soft tacos – and sure you can buy them, but do you know how simple they are to make at home? You will need a tortilla press, but other than that, they’re a snap.
And are you cooking salmon or seabass for company? Try this vanilla glaze for the fish – it lends an exotic flavor and provides an alternative to butter.
