I don’t often get to cook with the chefs who provide the recipes to my You Asked for It! column, but this time, I did. Dominique Lavalley from St. Tropez in Fort Lauderdale is charming and talented — and passionate about his homeland’s food. The Frisee salad is sensational.     I love salads that have nice, savory ingredients, like the frisee. And the poached egg just sounds like a neat idea.
