Lobster Hash Recipe Shared from West Palm’s City Diner; Cobb Salad and Yogurt Dressing Also in Today’s Sentinel

The lobster hash recipe from City Diner that chef Richard Kline shared was so good, I’d add it to our staple Sunday brunch menu if my housemate weren’t allergic to lobster – poor guy. Instead, I’ll just have to go get it from Kline – a cheerful prospect.

Along with this dish, find a “recipe”  – really, just suggestions for ingredients – for a traditional Cobb salad. We also offer up a recipe for a Persian yogurt-cucumber dressing, good on just about anything you can name in summer.
