From today’s You Asked for It! column in the Sun Sentinel, I have recipes that are perfect for fall parties: SoLita’s ricotta stuffed Italian “poppers,” an old-fashioned cobbler made with cinnamon Red Hots candy and fresh apples, and a Thousand Island dressing recipe from my childhood neighbor.

I want the recipe for the SoLito’s Italian Poppers. They look great!

I absolutely love your web site and your Sun Sentinal column. I really like when you explain different methods of cooking. Keep up the great work.

Sandy: You can click on the photo of the peppers, and you’ll be taken to the Sun Sentinel web site. On the left hand side (scroll down a bit), you’ll see a box labeled “Related.” Click on the Italian poppers recipe there.

Thanks for the kind words about my column – glad to know what my readers like!
