Can’t seem to find the chocolate cupcakes with coconut icing in the sun sentinel food section on 11/3/11. Would you please add that link so I can get in on my computer.

I hope you can help me with this one. Years ago, I visited Orange Lake ,Florida where my grandparents lived during the winter. There was a spread that was thick and you put it on toast like a jam/jelly/marmalade, and I think it had honey, cocoanut (?), and orange flavoring.
When I see apple butter-I am reminded of it. Even tho that was 47 years ago, I am hoping it is still available either to buy and/or make. It was fantastic item that reminds of Florida and the oranges we ate while there.
Have you any idea what it could be? If there are several possibilities-let me know; I will make them and hopefully fill a memory. THANK YOU

I just have to tell you how much I love the recipe you developed for Rev Mark Jones . It was the Whiskey Blueberry Crumble as served at RiRa Irish Pub Louisville KY. It is so awesome I have served it 3 times and received raves. Kudos!!

I live in Greenville, SC but recently attended a holiday party at Anthony’s Runway 84 in Fort Lauderdale. The food was incredible to say the least but their pistachio biscotti left me ready to kill for the recipe! Please HELP!
