Almost every day, but only once each day, I send a short email that has links to stories I’ve posted. It’s labeled The Appeteaser and drops into an email box you sign on for.
Readers must sign up for it themselves – the site doesn’t pull any email addresses.
Lately I’ve been having trouble with the program that manages it – a glitch I hope is solved. So I apologize if readers have received two – or zero – Appeteasers in their email inbox lately.
How to sign up
For those who aren’t getting it but want to sign up, just go to the left-hand side of this page, under the MusicGarten ad, and you’ll see this box:
Fill it in, and this will subscribe you to The Appeteaser that gives you the headlines and links you to the stories I’ve posted in the last 24 hours. It hits the email box around 1 p.m., Monday-Saturday. (I sometimes take Sundays off, unless there’s breaking food news.) If you don’t like it, come back and hit unsubscribe – poof! You’re gone.
No SPAM!
I hate spam and have so many spam blockers, even my sister’s emails sometimes hit the spam box. I promise no one but my web master and I have access to your email address or the email list – and despite serious offers to sell it to others, I just won’t. (Well, if the right $20 million shows up, I could be tempted. I’d let you know first and offer my readers an exclusive share!)
Sign up today – and get Appeteased by Jan!

It means that you get total discounts at the time of
subscription. People, who are planning to use their own software, they must
not choose this hosting service. These methods are extremely efficient, saving companies and employees time and money.
