Summer means toasted marshmallows to me – I buy a bag and with lack of any other fire source, toast mine over my gas burners. (Hey – whatever works – it’s one of my only vices.)

Try these sophisticated S’mores, the campfire favorite, from Delray’s Dada chef Bruce Feingold. The recipe, along with Curried chicken salad with mangoes and cashews from Silver Spoon Personal Chef Service, appears in today’s Sun Sentinel Food section.
