		<description>I&#039;m glad you liked the bread, Lurch. A little more salt is a good idea. Might do well to do a little fleur de sel sprinkle at the end (it could be like the snow falling in Bedford Falls!).

		<description>I tried making the bread and it came out fine. Maybe a bit bland (needed more salt?), but the texture of the bread was good, not tough, and little bubbles in the bread &quot;fine crumb&quot; not big holes like Swiss cheese. It&#039;s also nice to NOT need a big mixer to make this.
 
For all the mess and time involved, I may stick with grocery bread, but it&#039;s nice to know how to do it and make some every now and then.....</description>
