This recipe for chilled corn soup is from Chef Marco Ferraro of Wish restaurant in Miami Beach, and appears at Dine Magazine online. It is utterly delicious.
I’m packing it away for my Thanksgiving recipe files (Northerners, note that our Thanksgivings are usually pretty warm) – it’s a great starter.
It’s perfect for a summer patio party, too, with spicy grilled shrimp as the entree and grilled plums for dessert. You won’t need a bowlful – this is just right for serving in a glass.

Your readers must try this soup…. Totally envelopes the palate with tantalizing flavors and is perfect for a Florida Thanksgiving… Your Shrimp idea sounds pretty amazing as well…!!!
