Ricotta Gnocchi from Today’s Sentinel – Perfect Fall Dish

I think fall is named most often by chefs as their favorite food season. It’s harvest time in most of the country, and working with all those fresh earthy flavors give them a new lease on creativity.

Chef Chris Miracolo of Max’s Harvest in Delray Beach came up with a ricotta gnocchi that is almost sensuous in its texture and flavor. Served with a roasted garlic emulsion, it’s killer! Check it out in today’s Sun Sentinel column.
