EatBeat: Boca’s Wine & Food Festival Debuts Sunday, Oct. 10

A Culinary Affair – Boca Raton’s inaugural Wine and Food Festival – kicks off Sunday night. It brings together more than 70 chefs to sate diners’ appetite, with more than 50 tasting stations peppered through the area along Camino Real (the road leading to the Boca Raton Resort and Club), where servers will pour wines and spirits to pair with the foods.

Celeb chefs and others

Celebrity chefs, including CeCe Menna of Anna Vincenzo, the owner of the restaurant featured on Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares; and Ron Duprat, a chef-testant on season 6 of Top Chef, will appear.

Seven culinary regions of the world will be featured in the international setting. Entertainment and decor will highlight each region.

Some of the local restaurants represented include Ruth’s Chris, 3030 Ocean of Fort Lauderdale, Morton’s steakhouse, Absinthe, Caruso’s, NY Prime, Paris Gourmet, Chop’s Lobster Bar, City Fish Market, Lilly’s, ZED451, Wild Olives, Oceans Beach Bar and Bistro, La Stella’s, City Oyyster, Tamarind Asian Grill, Casa D’Angelo, Steak954, Rocco’s Tacos, Taste Gastropub, Culinary Academy of Boca Raton High, Sette Bello, Max’s Grille, Publix’s Apron’s Cooking School, the Smokehouse Grille, the Cheese Course and many more.

Tickets are $85, or $125 for the limited VIP tickets; order online.
