For first timers on the beach

Pace yourself with food and drink. They will NOT run out! Serious wines and liquors and beers flow – it’s tempting to try them all. Be selective. Eat some protein for every glass you knock back. Hydrate – there are free water stations everywhere. The beach is hot and winter sun burns easily: Wear sunscreen, lip balm and a hat. Don’t dress up except for the dinners. This is a casual event on the beach! You have to walk in sand; sandals make sense.
