Veterans Eat Free Today Locally; Programs to Help Vets

At Boston’s on the Beach in Delray Beach, and the upstairs 50 Ocean, veterans, military and others who served can eat free (up to $50 and only the military personnel).

McCormick and Schmick’s in West Palm Beach is giving away entrees to vets – go online to reserve yours if you’re a veteran.

From 5:30-7:30 p.m. at E.R. Bradley’s in West Palm Beach, they will collect gifts at Happy Hour for HOliday Gift Baskets to be delivered to vets at the Community Living Center. Call for more info on Shopping for Soldiers, 561-860-3173.

Duffy’s Sports Grills is donating 5% of all sales today at 24 locations to Honor Flight of South Florida – a group devoted to helping US VetsĀ  of WWII fly to Washington, DC to visit the WWII memorial free. For more info on the group, visit honorflightselfl.org
