Where to Eat: Thanksgiving Dinner in Palm Beach County – Eat In or Take Out

Looking for turkey and the trimmings at a restaurant? We don’t blame you! Cooking is a labor of love – labor being the important word here. If you’re only two or four, it’s a big feat.

Several restaurants and hotels will be serving a traditional dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22. Some may offer a choice of a prix-fixe menu or a la carte from their regular menu. Either way, you don’t have to cook!

Editor’s note: Reservations required and suggested well in advance of Thursday. The prices quoted below do not include tax and tip unless stated. Prices and menus are subject to change; call ahead to confirm menu and pricing.

South County:

Duck a l’orange at Stephane’s.

Legal Sea Foods, Boca Raton: Choose from the regular seafood menu, or order slow roasted turkey breast, with sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, butternut squash and cranberry sauce. Served noon-9 p.m. Pricing for the Roast turkey feast cost: $21.95 per person; $7.95 for kids. Dessert and beverages are priced separately.

Stephane’s, Boca Raton: A three-course gourmet dinner, served 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Several choices for each course. Examples include laughing bird shrimp risotto or duck confit with butternut squash agnolotti – appetizers; roast organic turkey with apple-walnut stuffing or cedar plank salmon or duck a l’orange or bouillabaisse – entrees; and sweet potato pecan pie and pear tart – desserts. 2066 N.W. Burt Rapaport’s Restaurant Group– Henry’s and Bogart’s in Boca Raton, and Deck 84 in Delray Beach: Complete turkey dinner to go. Three course menu of traditional dishes with choices. Deadline for ordering is Monday, Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. Cost: $129.95 for 4-6 people; $259.95 for 10-12 people; additional dishes may be ordered separately. Rack’s Downtown Eatery, Boca Raton:A three course meal with a choice of roast turkey and all the trimmings, or root beer-glazed ham with trimmings. (Regular menu also available.) Mid County:

The Ritz-Carlton, Manalapan: Traditional Thanksgiving buffet with jazz band performing. Two seatings: 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. $95 per adult, $40 per child ages two to 12. In Temple Orange: Sit-down dinner, served a la carte, with regional American favorites in a three-course dinner. Cost: $65, $36 extra with wine pairings. Served 5-10 p.m. In Angle: Four-course dinner of Thanksgiving and seasonal favorites with wines.Cost: $85; wine pairing available for $50 extra.     We are staying at the Breakers for Thanksgiving 2016. We see that the reviews are not good for thanksgiving. What would be you suggestion?
